Cancellation Policy

The mediation fee will be fully refunded if the engagement is canceled at least four weeks before the scheduled mediation date.

The mediation fee is subject to forfeiture if the engagement is canceled or postponed less than four weeks before the mediation date, unless another mediation can be scheduled for the reserved date.
